A hypocritical message from a very anti-Islamic Christian missionary hate site:
My fervent prayer is for the coalition forces in Iraq and the innocent Iraqi men, women and children who are victims of Saddam Hussein...when we set Iraq in order, free the people, set up a government of their choosing, repair their oil fields, then withdraw (unoccupy) and give the country back to the people of Iraq.  The American people are good people who base their lives upon Jesus Christ. (Brother Andrew)
Comment: Many right-wing Christian soldiers are fulfilling their duities by abusing the Iraqi prisoners in the most savage ways known to human.  First they invaded a country on totally false pretenses and now torturing (including rape) their people in captivity.  Please check the following link to see what the people of the cities where some of these God-loving patriotic right-wing Christian soldiers came from think about the abuses.  Many of them endorse these acts and can not differentiate between right and wrong.  What is the difference between them and Ku Klux Klan?  A lot of people still holds KKK mentality.
Also his site devoted a large portion on Allah and Moon god controversy.  Unfortunately nobody can find a single Arab Christian in the whole world who does not use the name Allah as his or her supreme God.  What a shame!  Also the movie "The Passion of the Christ" showed us that the people in Jesus's time used Allaha as supreme God's name in Aramaic.  But when will they stop these hypocrisies and total distortions?
May One true God guide them to the straight path from the crooked one.

WASHINGTON - The U.S. Army general under investigation for anti-Islamic remarks has been linked by U.S. officials to the Iraqi prisoner abuse scandal, which experts warned could touch off new outrage overseas.

A Senate hearing into the abuse of Iraqi prisoners was told on Tuesday that Lt. Gen. William Boykin, an evangelical Christian under review for saying his God was superior to that of the Muslims, briefed a top Pentagon civilian official last summer on recommendations on ways military interrogators could gain more intelligence from Iraqi prisoners.

Critics have suggested those recommendations amounted to a senior-level go-ahead for the sexual and physical abuse of prisoners, possibly to "soften up" detainees before interrogation -- a charge the Pentagon denies.

Congressional aides and Arab-American and Muslim groups said any involvement by Boykin could spark new concern among Arabs and Muslims overseas the U.S. war on terrorism is in fact a war on Islam.

"This will be taken as proof that what happened at Abu Ghraib (prison) is evidence of a broader culture of dehumanizing Arabs and Muslims, based on the American understanding of the innate superiority of Christendom," said Chris Toensing, editor of Middle East Report, a U.S.-based quarterly magazine.

One Senate aide, who asked not to be identified, said any involvement by Boykin could be explosive. "Even if he knew about the abuse, that would be a big deal," he said.

Pat Robertson and the Christian Fundamentalists:
About 14 years ago, most probably in 1990, I was flipping through the TV channels for a good program to watch.  Suddenly one program got my attention.  It was a Christian missionary program by the 700 Club.  I had never heard of it before since I just came to this country in 1989.  The main reason it attracted me was the interview of an ex-Muslim who had converted to Christianity few years ago.  His name was  David Rahamut and interview was being conducted by the the most notorious bigot and no. 1 Muslim hater of this country Pat Robertson.  He asked him how and why he became a Christian.  Mr Rahamut replied he was a very practicing Muslim and always prayed, fasted and read Quran regularly.  But he never had the peace in his life.  He was a very frustrated man.  One day he got so desperate that he planned to commit suicide.  So he went to the nearby sugarcane field to execute his plan.  Suddenly he heard a voice similar to this: "Why do you want to take your own life?  Accept Jesus Christ as your lord and you will be saved.  You will also find peace...."  Then both of them discussed some other topics which I hardly recall.  But I will always remember the last part of the interview which gave me a clear idea about that program and Pat Robertson and what they stand for.  Pat Robertson was talking about Christmass when the Christian all over the world celebrate Jesus' birthday.  Then he asked Mr. Rahamut about the Eid celebrations that the Muslims perform, what the significance of the eids were etc.  Here was answer of Mr. Rahamut, an ex-very-pious Muslim: "Eid day is the prophet Muhammad's birthday.  Muslims all over the world celebrate prophet Muhammad's birth on that day".  Even a 5% pious Muslim knows that the first Eid marks the end of fasting month of Ramadan  and during the second Eid some Muslims perform Hajj and the rest of them sacrifice cattles to emulate prophet Abraham's test from God in which he was about to sacrifice his beloved son for God but God replaced his son with a lamb at the last moment.  So I hope this story will give Muslims and non Muslims some idea about Pat Robertson and what he stands for.  I feel sorry for the people who contribute monetarily to this person's projects whose only method is deception.  Truth is of God and deception is of the devil.  At the very end Pat Robertson had a message for all his non-Christian viewers "You might be a Jew, a Hindu or a Muslim, but unless you take Jesus as your savior you will never go to paradise".  I guess Pat Robertson's criteria to enter paradise are to lie, deceive, and spread false propaganda.  May one and only God save all of us from these mess.  Ameen.

The Miracles Claims of Reinhard Bonnke:

(From The Belfast Berean)

Reinhard Bonnke makes many incredible miracle claims, but are these miracle claims true?...However when pressed for proof of this 'healing power of God' and the 'biblical style miracles', there is DEAD SILENCE and no help from the ministry of Bonnke, in fact they simply refuse to listen to anyone who would even dare question these miracle claims.  All we are given are testimony's of 'miracles', and as we have previously stated testimonies of miracles are 'two a penny'. The facts are Bonnke cannot deliever any real hard evidence to cack up his claim of biblical style miracles.

Bonnkes 'miracles' take place at certain times under certain conditions at prearranged meetings, with the healings coming for no real apparent reason or purpose. The healings he claims are spurious, and deniable, and his critics have often proven that he claims healings that are not healings at all. To sum up Bonnkes miracles we would say they are spurious, bogus, deniable, unspectacular, sparse, unconvincing, limited, pathetic and laughable. If God was really working through Bonnke and he had the "gifts of healing" then why does he not go up to the children's hospital and empty it?

From ChristianityToday Dec 6, 1999

In 1991, Bonnke's mission to Kano in northern Nigeria sparked battles between Christians and Muslims, resulting in an undisclosed number of deaths.  "You have to be extremely careful when you do evangelism so you don't offend the Muslim populations (comment: so Christian Missionaries do offend the local Muslims)," says Abe Vreeke, director of Christian Reformed World Missions in Nigeria, who adds that Bonnke's open-air crusades in Nigeria were "probably more negative than positive."

Another False Ministry: ALAMO MINISTRIES
Excerpts from We captured and killed a believer
(An article from their world newletter volume 03400.  Remarks in Blue)
Me and my family belonged to the Muslim Association Of Nigeria...
Sounds like there is only one Muslim association in Nigeria.
One day a believer came to our Islamic ground where we prayed, and he was preaching the doctrine of Christ.  We captured him and killed him.  (How about the following paragraphs from reuters:)
Nigerian Muslims Recount Horror of Attack
Fri May 14, 2004 08:19 AM ET
YELWA, Nigeria (Reuters) - Hafsat Garba wept as she recounted how heavily armed Christian militiamen, stripped to the waist and wearing charms on their arms, invaded her home town.

The 36-year-old mother of two was one of hundreds of Muslim women abducted by the warriors during a two-day assault on the central Nigerian town of Yelwa in which hundreds were killed.

"At the town center, they separated women and children from the men," Hafsat said, trembling uncontrollably as she sat at a military checkpoint near the town. "They killed our men and took the women and children away."

(What I like to add here is in Nigeria, Christians and Muslims are fighting each other for a long time.  It is not always one group's fault.  We should not be hypocritical about this).

I got attacked by a dreadful disease...It was then the doctors gave up hope.  The chief doctors said that I would have to shifted immediately to Bomaby for dialysis, but may not survive the journey itself.....My father and his friends were consulting Islamic hymns to proclaim healing in my body.  They tried and tried, but our gods failed them

What a surprise!!!  A muslim was worshipping many gods!  Even the most ardent enemy of Islam knows that it is a very strict monotheistic religion.  Monotheism is the core of Islam.  Who do they think they are kidding here?  Are they trying to fool Muslims? or the Christians?  More donations from them by illustrating preposterous claims (rip-off)?

It was then a brother, Johnston, who was saved through your literature and ministry, came to see his sister in the same ward, and he came to meet me for a purpose.  He came towards me, and he was calling God's anointing power of healing upon my life, and really the Lord interceded and had His hand of healing open for me, and I felt a move in my body.  It was like a heat, and the pains were vanishing.  My blood was again tested for the last time, and it showed my liver and kidneys working beautifully, and I was completely whole.  My family and the doctors were all surprised to see the demonstration of God's power upon my life.  From then, my fatherlized that the gods we were worshipping were not true gods, and we got onto our knees and confessed Christ as our Lord and personal Savior....and we took our Muslim books, hymns, and bible, and burnt them.

What a nice moving story!  The story does not say whether brother Johnston sister was cured the similar way.  Sounds like in Nigeria the Christians do not need modern medical treatment for their illnesses.  But it sounds more like another Reinhard Bonnke style deceit.  Once again in the above paragraph the impostor is claiming they were praying to gods, not to one God when he was a Muslim.  Also they burnt Muslim books and bible.  Unfortunately the Muslims do not read bible, they read Qu'ran.  Most of the non-Muslims know that the Muslims holy book is Qu'ran.  But that impostor did not know about it when he was a Muslim.  I think a good liar should have good knowledge and memory about something he lies.

A Letter to an Editor:
Dear Editor,
I am writing this letter in response to RISKING DEATH IN THE BEST OF CAUSES by Gregory Tomlin published in Star-Telegram on  April 11, 2004.  Let me quote a line from the article first "They (missionaries) had traversed the globe to follow the call of God to love, give, heal, pray and share their good news with the spiritually destitute bound by the chains of Islam"  Now I have a true story to tell in this regard.  I attended my 11th and 12th grade back home in Bangladesh in a Jesuit College (Notre Dame College in Dhaka).  It has been run by the US missionaries for more than 50 years.  Here is a method how they spread the true love of Jesus Christ in one of the poorest countries in the world where most of the people are barely making end's meet and have no basic health coverage.  Many Sick and ill People would come to this missionaries for free medicine.  The missionary fathers would give them some fake drugs and tell them to take them in the name of the Muslim God, Allah and come back to them few days later.  Few days later they would come with the persistent sickness and ask for more or different medicine.  This time they would be given the real medicine and be told to take them in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and come back again.  Obviously some would be cured or be better.  Being poor and uneducated, thus these people become easy prey to the Christian missionary tactics.  I am opposed to any kind of violence against these missionaries, but what we ask is if they hold the truth then that should be preached truthfully, not by deception, falsehood, lies, exploitation and manipulation.  I think that is the least we can ask for.  Thank you very much.

Islam may be linked to reduced rates of HIV infection in Africa.

According to researchers in the United States, "religious constraints on sexuality may have consequences for the transmission of sexually transmitted diseases.

"Recognizing that several Islamic tenets may have the effect, if followed, of reducing the sexual transmission of HIV," P.B. Gray and colleagues at Harvard University tested "the hypothesis that Muslims have lower HIV prevalence than non-Muslims.

"Among 38 sub-Saharan African countries, the percentage of Muslims within countries negatively predicted HIV prevalence," study data indicated. "A survey of published journal articles containing data on HIV prevalence and religious affiliation showed that six of seven such studies indicated a negative relationship between HIV prevalence and being Muslim.

"Additional studies on the relationship of risk factors to HIV prevalence gave mixed evidence with respect to following Islamic sexual codes (e.g., vs. extramarital affairs) and other factors," but revealed that "benefits arising from circumcision may help account for lower HIV prevalence among Muslims," the researchers concluded...
